An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

MY APPROACH
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected in an integrated way.
I’ve felt guided by a higher power than myself before, and have been supported by many masters and teachers. From that I’ve learned the importance of counting with someone on our side while we move into greater and deeper changes that get us to who we really are; naturally peaceful balanced healthy beings.
Are you feeling stress at your job or in your relationships and this causes you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do you usually tell yourself I Know I have to cut on sugar and coffee but don’t know how? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and we will take it with ease, yet developing strength and a deeper understanding of the importance of self care and self love.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. That every moment, age, place and environment requires a different and unique approach. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Let’s define together what you have visualize and want to achieve in terms of Your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working towards.
Here are some concepts that we will explore during our work together:
INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION PLATE
The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasises the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasises the importance of proportions and portion size.
To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!
PRIMARY
FOODS
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfilment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
BIO - INNDIVIDUALITY
The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

As an integrative Nutrition Health Coach I will offer you a space to listen, deeply listen to yourself while supporting you in your journey towards a higher, happier more balanced version of You as a mentor and guide on the side.
I’ll make sure we breathe together while creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where while sharing and listening you learn more about your body and how to trust it, achieving your own health and wellness goals.
We all need some kind of accountability or support in life. My intention is to walk by your side, hold your hand, and a safe space while we make small steps into introducing healthier habits. Drinking more water, going for walks, sharing and communicating, using mindful and simple meditation techniques, breathing and enjoying a happy relaxed nurturing space and relationship with food. Motivation and Inspiration are always a plus.
We will have 12 sessions, precisely two per month, over the course of six months.
During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.
