VITAMIN C, BOOST UP FOR WINTER ~ JUICING

Personally, I love green juices - celery juice in the morning, all greens for lunch, and green smoothies with spinach and mango when I crave something sweeter - having said so, my other half absolutely loves Vitamin C Orange juices...so, we balance and juice, and blend both colors of the rainbow.


This Yum Boosting Your Defenses Juice will require:


- 4/5 Carrots

- 2 inches or double of fresh Ginger (amount depends on how "Gingery" you like your juice)

- 4 Oranges (or 3 oranges and 2 mandarins)

- 2 peaches


You may also add Turmeric if you have some fresh turmeric at home. Place everything in the juicer and bring it on!
